• Payment information — processed directly by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your card details on our servers.
• Any information you send us via WhatsApp or email when contacting us with questions

• To process and confirm your booking
• To communicate with you before, during, and after your stay
• To process payments securely via Stripe
• To comply with Italian tourism reporting obligations (guest registration with local authorities, as required for all accommodation providers in Italy)

Who we share your data with

We share limited data with the following service providers, each acting under their own privacy obligations:

• Stripe (payment processing) — stripe.com/privacy
• Supabase (secure booking database storage)
• Resend (transactional email delivery for booking confirmations)
• Italian public security authorities, as legally required for guest registration

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

How long we keep your data

We retain booking and guest data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes above and to comply with Italian tax and record-keeping obligations, typically up to 10 years for financial records.
