These Terms & Conditions govern bookings made through this website for accommodation at POZZO, Salemi, Sicily.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
Free cancellation is available up to 60 days before check-in. A 50% refund applies for cancellations made up to 30 days before check-in. No refund is available for cancellations within 30 days of check-in, unless otherwise agreed with us directly.
Check-in is from 2:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability.
Guests are expected to follow the house rules provided for each apartment, including any restrictions on pets, events, and smoking.
We are not liable for loss, damage, or injury arising from your stay except where caused by our negligence, to the extent permitted by Italian law.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Italian courts.
